After working as an airhostess for many years, firstly for Emirates and then the last 9 years flying on private planes catering for Royalty and VIPs, Michelle took the plunge into catering following her love of food and entertaining. Michelle can create food to match your theme, from savoury - cheeses, dates, crackers, humous to sweets - fruity delights, macaroons and cakes...even well behaved labradors cannot resist such things!
