Venues marked with a capital (V) will be more set up for festival style weddings, and can offer additional facilities such as hard standing for parking, easier access for guests, close to mainline towns, plus other features such as toilets/showers/power, hence the difference in some budgets.
Some fields or meadows may be more limited for suppliers and number of guests, plus you will need to factor in additional costs for facilities etc.
