We will help recommend our local and trusted outdoor event suppliers, to ensure that everything runs smoothly, on the run up to your wedding or event. Planning meetings
TIPI CONSULTATION - Our initial tipi planning meeting will incorporate a site visit, or personal consultation, with a bespoke tipi quote and supplier suggestions & recommendations. ​
TIPI PLANNING MEETING - After confirming your tipis with us, we will arrange a follow up planning meeting, several months prior to your wedding, or event. Here we can discuss everything from your ideas & plans, to tipi layouts, set up times, confirmed suppliers and more. This can be done via video chat, or by phone call with Jim & Kathryn.

Attention to detail
CREATIVE STYLING - Unlike many other companies, we style our tipis ourselves, especially for open days. We don't use stylists/prop hire companies, as we are keen to showcase what we can offer, in terms of creative ideas and decor hire. We can advise you on the best tipi decorations, and floral arrangements to make maximum impact, whilst still being mindful of the budget.When you book with us, you will also receive our tipi booklets on wedding/ party styling and table decor. NO MINIMUM HIRE FEES - By hiring our interiors and decor items, you won't be charged a minimum hire fee upwards of £300.00 by external suppliers.

INITIAL CONSULTATION - We are happy to guide you through each step, from choosing the right size tipis for your wedding or party, to connecting you with our trusted suppliers and venues. Planning starts with an initial quote, a site visit, or a consultation call. ​
PLANNING MEETING - After confirming your tipis, we'll arrange a tipi planning meeting a few months prior to your wedding or party - via video call, or phone to discuss all the aspects, such as set up details, tipi layouts, table plans and suppliers.

With years of expertise, we have organised and styled numerous tipi showcases, and shoots, providing everything you need to craft a stunning and unforgettable wedding or party. No matter the theme we're excited to take it on and help you with our experience and suggestions. We take pride in our interiors and go the extra mile to make our tipis beautiful inside, with rustic and vintage finds, to hand crafted tables and bars, for a truly bohemian tipi experience.
TIPI SET UPS
Our experienced and dedicated crew will ensure that your tipis are in perfect condition and full prepared for setup. We take care of everything during the build, from setting out the tables and chairs, dancefloor & lighting and bar area, so you can focus on the art of tipi decoration! Typically, our tipi setups take 1-2 days to complete, depending on the size you require.
