Chloe and Duncan's wedding planning tips:  Make a list about everything you like about a festival from music to decor to drinks and think about how you can include this in your wedding or search it on Pinterest. Make mood boards on Pinterest and Instagram to save anything you like! If you’re crafty make as many of the decorations as possible yourself. When bringing the day together to set everything up bring in as many friends and family as you can to help decorate. Give people list of things to do to help bring together your vision together.

Lily  & Dean's wedding planning tips -  "Tribeca's very useful website made sourcing suppliers a piece of cake, I think we picked most suppliers from their list. We found our coordinator, Clair (Wild Wedding Company), through the Hitched website. She helped with suppliers in the months leading up to the wedding and was on hand on the day to assist with the running of things. Planning a tipi style wedding - we found trying to use suppliers who had worked with each other before easier, a wedding coordinator is an absolute must, so many things can go wrong and they are on hand to deal with everything so you can enjoy your day. Our day was just perfect, our suppliers were great, our guests were great, even the storm was great fun."

Lucy & Ricky's wedding planning tips - "I think every wedding is different, but luckily I had a great team of friends and family around me, one thing is, don't be afraid to ask for help when your feeling stressed, without my bridal party and my family my wedding wouldn’t of come out as perfectly as it did. I had help from everyone the night before the wedding helping me set up and bringing my vision to life. One of my friends even let me go foraging on her eucalyptus tree for my decor, I mean that’s dedication. Weddings are so stressful but just try to have fun with it (although if someone said this to me I probably wouldn’t have believed them either) it only happens once and on the day whatever little things you stress about aren’t even apparent. But one thing I will say did save my life other than my people …EXCEL SPREADSHEETS ! Keep a tab on deposits, outstanding invoices and the dates things are due. Honestly what a lifesaver !"

Tipi review : "We wouldn't have had our wedding any other way - the tipi was the perfect touch for an intimate modern bohemian feel. The lighting and amazing furnishings really just topped it off. The whole experience was smooth and professional from start to finish and we can't thank Tribeca enough". Becca and Joe

Kim & James wedding planning tips : "I looked to work with as many local suppliers as possible as well as designing and creating as much as we could ourselves. We also managed to find lots of second hand things on facebook marketplace which helped keep our costs down. As for outdoor wedding inspiration, I think that just came from thinking about how we like to spend our free time; camping with our friends and family, sharing great food and drinks around a campfire and dancing till we can't dance anymore. You probably need less decor than you think - the majestic tipi structure and lights speak for themselves!"

Georgina and James wedding planning tips : "We did a lot of instagram searches, I like how you can see photos that have been tagged by other people, so you feel like you get the unedited version as well. Our band were local to where we used to live and we had seen them live a couple of times - in actual fact, they were the first thing we booked. We hired a wedding co-ordinator for the day, Laura Devine. She helped us with all the organisation on the day and the month before. I couldn't recommend her enough. As we booked all our suppliers separately, from the ice to the generator, the tipi to the DJ, the cutlery to the florist we wanted someone on site on the day to help deal manage everyone. Be happy with all your plans whatever the weather - be prepared".

"We used Tribeca Tipis for our wedding and could not have made a better choice. Jim and Kathryn were fantastic from start to finish - patiently answering all my many questions and thinking creatively about how they could help style the tipis in the way I envisioned. You could tell they really cared about how everything would work out. We did the big package with 3 hats, all the lights, all the tables, chairs, flooring, furniture, bar etc etc. Everything looked incredible and it really was the wedding of our dreams thanks to their amazing attention to detail, quality products and incredibly careful set up. They were super friendly at all times. I am just trying to think of another event I can get them back for. We also hired sleeping bell tents for our guests from their sister company Brighton Bells. I would highly recommend both."
