TIPI WEDDING - Amy & Jack's Party Field Festival Wedding Extravaganza

Want to know how to host an epic festival wedding? Look no further than Amy and Jack's tipi wedding extravanganza at the Party Field In Lewes!

With 3 giant nordic tipis, festoon lighting, a naked tipi dressed with glittering mirror balls, hay bales, festival flags, a giantfire pit, plus a glamping village for guests AND the most amazing firework display - this wedding was PARTY central!

The fabulous photographer by Anna Pumer Photography, captures the high energy, colourful ambience and wild spirit of this wedding festival from day, through to late evening.

With glasto festival vibes aplenty, the music entertainment also featured a performance from Jack - the groom himself, on guitar with his band, as well as musical performances throughout the day from the ceremony to the tipis.

The outdoor evening entertainment kept guests entertained, beginning with sparklers and ending with 'heart shape' fireworks, courtesy of complimentary 'love glasses' - turning fireworks in to hearts, illustrated by the photographer in her images below.

Congratulations Amy and Jack! Your wedding festival looked incredible - you both made it look so easy with your laid back approach and top marks for creating a truly fabulous festival wedding for you and your guests. Thanks for having us as part of your special day x

TIPI REVIEW "We are SO HAPPY we decided to use Tribeca Tipis and Brighton Bell Tents for our festival themed wedding at the Party Field in August. Jim and Kathryn were both super responsive, helpful, and easy-going. The tipis looked fantastic and the bell tents added the extra festival look (as well as being pretty luxurious - a massive improvement on our usual festival camping...). Jim was also happy to add and remove extra furniture etc when we requested it, and offered good advice about what we should/shouldn't get depending on the weather (which turned out to be perfect sunshine on the day!). Thanks to both of you for making one of the largest elements of our wedding so perfect and thanks for being such a breeze to work with!" Amy & Jack

What made you decide on having a tipi wedding? We both love festivals - especially Glastonbury - and we wanted to try and recreate the atmosphere of our favourite place on our big day. The tipis were perfect for the vibe we were going for and looked amazing on the day (especially the naked tipi dripping in disco balls!)

Your wedding looked amazing, where did you find the inspiration from? We didn't really have a vision apart from wanting bright colours and a fun festival feel. We were lucky enough to meet up with a girl that does set design for Glastonbury and she agreed to help us with the decorations for the wedding. We sent her some ideas from Pinterest but we trusted her to do the rest and she absolutely smashed it with our very own sparkling sign and festival wristbands!

How did you find pre-planning the wedding, especially with all the elements involved such as various suppliers and...those amazing fireworks! "I absolutely loved it but I've always been the organiser in our group of friends. Our caterers were helpful in coming up with a timeline for food and speeches and we were helped massively by Ben at Grizzly Bear who provided us with tips and coordination on the day."

What advice would you give when planning an outdoor wedding? Plan for the worst and hope for the best! We knew it was a big risk planning a totally outdoor wedding, but we also knew that the tipis would still provide an amazing venue if the weather gods weren't kind to us on the day.
